Friends of St Martin’s

The Friends of St Martin’s are a varied group of people from across the UK who care about the church and want to help preserve it for future generations. By paying an annual membership fee ranging from £5 to £12 the Friends help ensure that St Martin’s remains open to the public with a varied programme of community activities and one-off events, in addition to regular worship.

Friends membership is open to all, including Christians, members of different faith communities and those who do not belong to any faith.

The responsibility to maintain the church lies with the Parochial Church Council of Bilborough and Strelley, who also care for St John’s Bilborough and All Saints, Strelley. The Friends support the PCC in their work to maintain the building and its heritage.

It’s really easy to become a Friend of St Martin’s, see the different ways you can do this on the right hand side of this page.
